Land and Outbuildings

A focused inspection of the property’s visible yard areas, slopes, retaining walls, fencing, garden structures, greenhouses, and detached outbuildings.

Important note: The Basic Inspection includes a limited grading observation up to approximately 10 feet from the foundation to look for possible water retention or drainage concerns near the home. This package expands the review to the larger property grading, slope, and land features.

• Full visible slope and grading observation

• Retaining wall condition check

• Fence and gate condition review

• Garden boxes and greenhouse inspection

• Detached garage, shed, and outbuilding review

Apartment Rental Move-In/Move-Out

Repair Verification Service

Secure Property Inspection Specialists offers a limited re-inspection service for previously reported deficiencies identified during an inspection performed by our company.

Service Fee

• $25.00 base fee, which includes verification of one reported item.

• $5.00 for each additional item requested for re-inspection.

Service Requirements

• The original inspection must have been performed by Secure Property Inspection Specialists.

• Repair Verification requests must be submitted within twelve (12) months of the original inspection date.

• Documentation demonstrating that repairs, maintenance, or corrective actions have been completed must be provided prior to the service. Acceptable documentation may include invoices, receipts, contractor reports, permits, photographs, or other supporting records.

• Only the specific items selected and paid for as part of the Repair Verification service will be evaluated.

Scope of Service
A Repair Verification Service is a limited visual assessment of the specific items identified in the re-inspection request. The purpose of this service is to verify the observable condition of those items at the time of the service.

This service is not a full home inspection, partial home inspection, warranty, certification, code compliance review, engineering evaluation, or guarantee of repair quality. Areas, systems, and components not specifically included in the Repair Verification request will not be evaluated.

Any deficiencies observed during the service will be documented and reported. Additional fees may apply if access to requested items is restricted, if excessive travel is required, or if additional visits become necessary.
