Who We Are

Secure Property Inspection Specialists is led by Joe Waschak, our main inspector, with Alex Rochelle providing back-end support, reporting support, systems organization, and client-service assistance.

Together, we bring around 15 years of combined security experience involving property observation, building checks, incident reporting, documentation, and condition awareness.

That background shaped how we inspect: carefully, consistently, and with attention to details that are easy to overlook.
